If your dog is over 6 months of age, are they spayed or neutered?
If your dog is over the age of 2, have they attended daycare before or visited the dog park?
Does your dog enjoy being around both big and small dogs?
Is your dog primarily indoors?
Is your dog crate trained?
Is your dog friendly when meeting new dogs?
